We will examine the physical structure and working systems of a home. Everything such as the home's foundation, structural components, roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be checked and will be written in an easy to read report.
A Four Point inspection looks at the four major systems in your potential home: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. This specific inspection is requested by homeowners insurance companies before someone can renew or be eligible for their desired coverage plan.
A Wind Mitigation inspection looks at the wind resistance of a home. During an inspection, a home inspector examines various features of your home and notes how well they are able to withstand wind as well as any improvements that could make the property more wind resistant.
