As a Florida native, growing up in the St. Petersburg/Seminole area, I watched the development of the area turn from orange groves and pine trees to subdivisions and busy streets. I have many years of experience working in the plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades, which gives me added knowledge of the work I provide to my clients. I have also worked in the industry of selling building supplies, which has taken me from the single-family homes to high-rise condominiums and everything in between. I am a certified Home Inspector through InterNachi certified and also took training through FABI with Glenn Stephens, a Master Inspector. I am a member of the Greater Seminole Area Chamber of Commerce and Pinellas Realtor Organization/Central Pasco Realtor Organization.

   Every inspection I perform is done with very high standards with
nothing but my client(s) in mind. Due to all inspections being
performed by myself, I look at every one as if I were buying the
property for myself with great detail and making sure to take the time needed to discuss any questions or concerns the client(s) may have. I provide service to Pinellas, Pasco, Hillsborough and surrounding areas.
